We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented X-Ray Technologist who takes as much pride in patient care as image quality. In this role, you’ll work closely with our physicians to capture the diagnostic imaging that helps patients get an accurate diagnosis and a clear path back to health — all while making sure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and well cared for. You’ll also lend a hand with DXA scans and ultrasound support, making you a versatile and valued part of our clinical team.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients into the clinical area and help them prepare for their exam with care and professionalism
- Perform X-ray, DXA, and ultrasound imaging under physician supervision, with proper positioning and equipment setup for each study
- Use beam-restrictive devices and shielding techniques to keep radiation exposure to a minimum for patients and staff
- Deliver X-ray images to exam rooms promptly and make sure MRI studies are ready for physician review
- Prepare medical trays, casting materials, and DME as needed to support hands-on patient care
- Help coordinate follow-up imaging (like MRIs) or physical therapy referrals with the right provider
- Fit and administer DME to patients with clear, patient-friendly instructions
- Keep the X-ray room fully stocked, organized, and ready for the next patient
- Track inventory for DME and medical supplies, reordering as needed, and monitor linen supply
- Maintain equipment certifications, licenses, and inspections, including CR and DXA
- Serve as the primary point of contact with our PACS provider, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Handle insurance pre-certification for procedures and supplies, keeping documentation current

We’re seeking an organized, compassionate Medical Assistant to support our physicians and front office team with both clinical and administrative care. From the moment a patient checks in to the moment they leave, you’ll help make their visit smooth, informed, and comfortable — while keeping our practice running efficiently behind the scenes. This hands-on role blends patient-facing clinical work, like vitals, phlebotomy, and assisting with injections and ultrasound, with administrative coordination like scheduling and records, so no two days look exactly alike.
What You’ll Do
- Check patients into the clinical area and help them prepare for their exam
- Take and record vital signs and medical histories, and keep EMR records current with health history, medications, and allergies
- Ensure MIPS documentation and any prescriptions or referrals are properly recorded in the EMR
- Prepare medical trays, ultrasound equipment, casting materials, and DME for patient care
- Assist physicians with patient exams, ultrasound procedures, and in-office procedures including injections, PRP, and orthobiologics
- Perform phlebotomy for PRP and orthobiologic services, and coordinate specimen pick-up with our lab partner
- Help coordinate follow-up studies (like MRIs), physical therapy referrals, and post-surgery equipment orders
- Fit and administer DME to patients with clear, supportive guidance
- Schedule surgeries and PRP appointments, and walk patients through pre- and post-procedure expectations
- Pre-certify procedures, supplies, and surgeries with insurance, and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain all required personal licenses and certifications
