Regenerative Medicine (Orthobiologics)

Regenerative medicine, also known as orthobiologics, uses substances from your own body to rebuild tissue and reduce inflammation. These treatments are an excellent option for patients with osteoarthritis, chronic tendinopathy, and other degenerative conditions who have not found relief with conservative care.

  • What We Use: Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), adipose-derived (fat) cell therapies, and amniotic allografts.
  • The Process: After a thorough evaluation, your provider uses image-guided injections to deliver the biologic material directly to the injured area with precision.
  • Safety and Expectations: These procedures are minimally invasive with a lower risk than surgery. Results develop over weeks or months as your body heals.
  • Insurance Note: Most insurance plans do not cover orthobiologics; these are typically self-pay. Our team provides clear pricing to help you decide.

Shock Wave Therapy

Shock Wave Therapy, also known as Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Technology (EPAT), is an advanced, non-invasive procedure that uses acoustic pressure waves to accelerate healing and decrease pain in musculoskeletal injuries. This FDA-cleared therapy stimulates cell turnover, improves blood flow, breaks down adhesions and scar tissue, and helps accelerate regeneration and healing. Over 80% of patients report significant pain reduction or become pain-free after treatment.

Conditions Treated

  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Morton’s Neuroma
  • Achilles Tendonitis
  • Patellar Tendinopathy
  • Shin Splints
  • Rotator Cuff Tendonitis
  • Tennis Elbow
  • Lateral/Medial Epicondylitis
  • Bicipital Tenosynovitis
  • Lower Limb Tendinopathy
  • Stress Injuries
  • Critical Limb Ischemia
  • Other joint, tendon, and muscle ailments

What to Expect

  • Treatment sessions last between 5 and 15 minutes.
  • Typically, effective treatments require a minimum of 3 weekly sessions
  • Immediate relief, minimal discomfort during treatment, and zero downtime.

MLS Laser Therapy

Multiwave Locked System (MLS) Laser Therapy is an FDA-cleared technology that uses specific wavelengths of light to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and decrease swelling. The laser energy penetrates deep into tissue to stimulate healing at the cellular level without generating heat, making it a safe and comfortable treatment.

Conditions Treated

  • Arthritis
  • Bursitis
  • Back and Neck Pain
  • Sciatica
  • Sprains
  • Strains
  • Tendonitis

What To Expect

  • The dual-wavelength laser provides a simultaneous anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect; each treatment is cumulative.
  • A standard course of treatment is typically 6 or more sessions. The procedure is painless and fast.

Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT)

EMTT is an advanced therapy that uses a high-energy magnetic field to generate a therapeutic effect deep within the body. Unlike general magnetic field therapy, EMTT’s high oscillation frequency penetrates up to 18 cm to influence cell metabolism, reduce inflammation, and reactivate healing processes. It is often combined with Shock Wave or MLS Laser Therapy.

Conditions Treated

  • Chronic Muscle and Tendon Pain
  • Low Back Pain
  • Neck Pain
  • Osteoarthritis

What to Expect

  • Sessions are comfortable, last about 20 minutes, and you will feel a gentle vibration.
  • EMTT is a powerful way to treat deep tissue pain and inflammation with no downtime.
